What are the Sign Up fees incase i want to get my property managed?
Zero. No sign up fees. Pay fees after we bring results to your satisfaction.
How do you Market my apartment?
To maximize returns we market in multiple platforms – Real estate listings, Social Media, existing clientele, inquiries, and verified broker networks.
Apart from Property Management, do you offer other services?
We do not offer services not related to property management. Our tenant placement service still comes under Property Management albeit restricted to tenant placement and documentation.
How do you screen tenants?
We collect tenant documents, referrals, information related to work, family etc. We share our opinion and other notes with Owner to help them decide.
What are your charges for Repairs on the Property?
Repairs are not a revenue stream for us. We place more importance on property health. We get quotes from vendors and supervise to get quality work done. We charge 10% of the bill value towards supervision and co-ordination. Work is inspected till satisfactory results can be reported. Owners are free to choose any vendor.
Is there tenant placement fee?
We charge 10 days of rent towards first tenant placement fee, but refundable if you are our customer for more than 44 months. Subsequent tenant placement is free of cost. If Owner gives the first tenant too, this fee is waived off.
When do you pay my rent?
We pay rent before the end of that month.
Do you charge management fees on maintenance charges of the association?
Owners are free to choose with or without.
Do you handle association complaints and requests?
Handling emergency situations is an important part of Property Management. We are available 24×7 to the facilities manager of the association, the Owner and the tenant.
How much do you charge the tenant?
We may charge on-boarding and documentation charges to a standard brokerage fee depending on the type of service owner opts for.
What if i place restrictions on the type of tenant?
Since we anyways take a professional and well informed route of tenant scrutiny and have checks to ensure that the property is kept well, we advice not to place restrictions, said or unsaid. However, we leave it to the Owners’ discretion.
Is there a lock-in period
There is no lock-in period for both the owners as well as tenants.
Do you offer discount if i sign multiple properties?
Yes. Discount depends on how much time and effort saving those multiple units get. Talk with your property captain to know how much discount can be availed.
What is the process for Escalation?

Do you have any min Standard for the state of the property and why?
Yes. We promise pleasant to live properties to our tenants. We make sure that the property is returned in at least as good a condition. The min standard is a clean floor, freshly painted walls, clear windows, disinfected bathrooms and kitchen, functional and neat chimney, functional electric wiring, functional and safe doors, leakage free water piping and sanitary and being free from pests.
How do i terminate the contract?
Contract termination can be done only by writing to email@example.com. Finally, a contract is deemed terminated only if all dues, fees are paid.
