    We have designed our services cater to the needs to owners who stay far from the property Most of our inventory is owned by NRI’s, Senior Executives and Senior Citizens.

    To maximize returns we market in multiple platforms – Online Classifieds, Social Media Groups, existing clientele, direct inquiries, verified broker networks and corporate tie ups.

    Repairs are not a revenue stream for us. We place more importance on property health. Our rates are very competitive. We charge 10% of the bill value towards supervision and co-ordination in case of major work like Full house interior, major seepage issue etc. We don’t charge co- ordination fee for Painting, deep cleaning and generic repairs. Owners are free to choose any vendor.

    Handling emergency situations is an important part of Property Management. We are available     24×7 to the facilities manager of the association, the Owner and the tenant.

    There is no lock-in period for both the owners as well as tenants.

    Contract termination can be done only by writing to hello@tenanted.in. Finally, a contract is deemed terminated only if all dues, fees are paid.
