We don’t have the min standard for how a property was. But we definitely have min standard of how the property will be after renovation.
The min standard is a clean floor, freshly painted walls, clear windows, disinfected bathrooms and kitchen, functional and neat chimney, functional electric wiring, functional and safe doors, leakage free water piping and sanitary and being free from pests.
